Recruitment position: Customer Service Supervisor
1. Assist the customer service manager, responsible for leading and supervising the customer service to do the processing of customer orders, including order receipt, collection, order placement, delivery tracking, etc.
2. Do daily statistics of daily customer service work, find abnormalities, communicate with customer service in a timely manner, and report to the customer service manager;
3. Assist the customer service manager to do other related work.
1. College degree or above, professional is not limited, more than 3 years customer service work experience, at least 1 year customer service supervisor work experience;
2. Be good at learning and continuously improve the efficiency of customer service level;
3. Good communication and coordination skills and professionalism.
